Presenting
Presenting sends the current deck cue to every enabled output. The Presenter window remains the operator control surface; it is not the projector output.
Check displays before you start
- Open Displays in the title bar.
- Under Screens, turn on each screen that should receive output and choose its display profile.
- Use Identify screens to put a number on every connected screen.
- Decide where sound should play. Use Presenter sound for the computer's normal audio output, or enable sound on one screen. More than one audible route can create an echo.
- If you use NDI, open Network video here for status and testing; use Settings → Network video (NDI) for detailed output setup.
No enabled screen means the deck can be live in Presenter while nothing appears on a projector.
Start and stop safely
- Select the intended section or cue, then click Present twice. With no selection, Presenter falls back to the first enabled, non-empty section or the first loose cue.
- To start at an exact stanza, Bible slide, or PDF page, select that subitem and press
Spacetwice, or use its green play control twice. - Hidden cues and disabled sections cannot be started.
- Use the red stop control twice to end the presentation.
- A quick press of
Escapeblanks the output. HoldingEscapefor one second stops the presentation.
Navigate while live
Use the controls in the Details pane or the configured presenting keys. Open Settings → Keyboard shortcuts → Presenting mode to see or change the keys.
| Action | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Previous slide / Next slide | Moves within the current lyrics, Bible, PDF, or other multi-step cue. |
| Previous cue / Next cue | Leaves the current cue and moves through the deck order. |
| Blank | Hides the output without ending the presentation. Use it again or advance to resume. |
| Default | Shows the configured deck or section default slide. |
| Media transport | Plays, pauses, or seeks the active video or audio cue. |
Manual navigation always remains available, including when a cue uses time-based or AI advancement.
Change styling
Open the palette beside the Deck Builder preview, or the palette in the live Controls strip. Choose Global to change the active display profile's defaults, or Current cue to override only the selected cue.
During a presentation, a non-main profile in Live View is labelled preview only. Choosing it changes which profile the operator is inspecting; it does not reroute the main live output. Styling changes still belong to the profile named in the styling panel.
Use a phone during the service
Open Mobile control in the title bar and choose the appropriate QR:
- Viewer follows the visual output and can participate in audience interactions. It cannot control the presentation.
- Controller can navigate, blank, and choose cues.
- Worship Assist is a shared music stand for lyrics, chords, tempo, transposition, and song suggestions. It cannot control the presentation.
Choose how phones reach Presenter under Connections → Phone remote. Same Wi-Fi is the normal venue setup; Anywhere (Team) works across networks. For pairing and connection troubleshooting, select Hub & phone remotes under Topics.
