Presenter builds and runs the visual order for a service. The desktop app controls the output; Remote puts selected controls or content in a phone browser; Hub can supply songs and planned services when you sign in.
Moving from another program? Start with Migration to Presenter for WorshipTools, ProPresenter, EasyWorship, OpenLP, SongBeamer, and other song formats. For people and service plans, use Migration to Hub.
Build your first service
- In Deck Builder, choose a collection folder and create or open a deck.
- Add a section, then drag songs, Bible passages, media, or widgets from the Library into it.
- Select each cue and review its Details and preview. Use the palette beside the deck or preview to adjust slide styling.
- Open Displays in the title bar. Enable the screens you want to use, choose a display profile for each, and use Identify screens if you are unsure which is which.
- Select the section or cue where the service should start, then click Present twice. For an exact stanza, Bible slide, or PDF page, select that subitem and press
Spacetwice, or use its green play control twice.
Presenter saves deck edits as you make them. Use ⌘Z / Ctrl+Z if you need to undo a deck change.

What works offline
Decks, local media, saved songs, saved Bible passages, and downloaded offline Bibles remain usable without internet access. Hub, Anywhere phone connections, YouTube, Spotify, stock-media search, and cloud Bible sources need a network connection.
The core Presenter app, same-Wi-Fi phone Remote, local AI Assistant, and Hub event auto-decks do not require Team. On Hub’s free plan, song sync can add up to 3 songs to Hub; existing cloud songs can still be updated. Team removes that cap and enables Anywhere phone connections. The Connections panel shows the allowance for the signed-in organisation.
Prepare downloads and imports while online, including the models and languages needed by the local AI Assistant. Rehearse with the actual computer disconnected from the internet before relying on an offline service. Check Settings → Updates & license beforehand so the computer's trial or license is ready for use.
